We are pleased to announce that Northop Hall CP School has again been placed in the Green support category for this year. This is the 4th year running the school has been in the Green category.
Last week, the Welsh Government released its annual colour coded system which categorises schools across the country into one of four categories - green, yellow, amber, and red.
Green is the highest grading in this system and is reserved for schools that require just four days of support.
If a school is coded green it means they are already highly effective, know how to improve and are capable of helping others improve.
Categorisation is not driven by figures and takes into account the quality of leadership and learning and teaching in schools.
Well done and thank you to everyone who contributes to the school.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
