The Digital Leader posts were advertised within school giving all the pupils an opportunity to apply. We had many applications and the children put lots of effort in applying, so thank you very much. The current Year 6 Digital Leaders went through each application and chose the candidates that were suitable for the posts. The new team will regularly meet with Mrs Ahmad to plan and deliver areas of development in our ever changing digital world. I look forward to working with all the eager Digital Leaders.

Croeso/Welcome

A very warm welcome from all of the Digital Leaders. We are looking forward to helping the children in our school to develop their ICT skills and to keep them safe online.  

As Digital Leaders we have planned to:

• Hold regular meetings
• Create an instructions manual to help children in the school to use the laptops with ease
• Present information through whole school assemblies
• Produce posters linked to internet safety and safe storage of devices
• Update our internet page
• Assign monitors to store away all devices each day
• Provide training for the younger children in our school to use the digital devices
