Today year 4 planned healthy meals using lots of brain enhancing ingredients. They stuck to a budget of £6 per meal and uses so many cross curricular skills to do so.
The models of famous Welsh landmarks made by some year 4 pupils over Easter were fantastic!
the children presented their models and held a mini exhibition in class too, where pupils left peer feedback for each other’s hard work. Da iawn pawb!
This morning, year 4 learnt how to set up microbits, connect them to a device and download different code to make them do different things!
the children got their microbits acting as beating hearts, name badges and true/false quizzes! Some great DCF skills developed this morning.
This was a great interactive performance, in which the pupils learnt all about the history of the Welsh language. They were fascinated by the set backs that our language has faced over time and how it has evolved to the language it is today.
Internet Safety Day 2024
Today the pupils joined in with the BBC live lesson on internet safety. We learnt lots about A.I. and how images/ videos or news can be created or changed by A.I. We also discussed other ways in which we can keep ourselves safe when accessing the internet.
We then used our new knowledge of how to use Adobe Express to create online safety advice posters!
Da iawn to our new Welsh ambassadors today in our Welsh assembly. Cam and Noah are representing year 4 and we are very impressed already!
