Keep up to date with all the latest news in school and on the website.
We welcomed author, Andy Seed, to our school this week. The children from Reception to Year 6 learnt what an amazing job it was to be an author. Andy shared lots of interesting and funny facts from his books, working with each class throughout the day. At the end of the day there was a very long queue of enthusiastic children wanting to buy one of his books at the book-signing event. The most popular by far was the non-fiction book, The Clue is in the Poo! We are very proud of the children as Andy commented, 'what a lovely, welcoming school Northop Hall is' and that the children were 'very well-behaved and eager to learn'. The following morning we were delighted by the positive reports from the children about their bedtime reading!
A big thank you to all parents and children who donated books for our book swap too! Happy reading!
