Reception Pupils Visit the Goredale Garden Centre
Our reception pupils enjoyed their visit to the Goredale Garden Centre today. They learnt about how seeds grow and what conditions they need to become healthy plants. They even got the opportunity to plant their own seeds. It was fascinating to learn how we can create safe habitats for different animals and how we can attract more bees, butterflies and other insects to our gardens. The pupils were so well behaved and enthusiastically answered lots of questions posed by the gardening experts at the Goredale. Please look on the class page for more photographs.
