Dear Parents and Carers,
We have been asked by Flintshire Education Authority to inform all of our parents and carers that all Schools in Wales will be closed by the end of the day on Friday (20.3.20). We will run our after school club on Friday until the normal finish time of 5.15p.m.
I am sure we will be in a position to provide further details over the next couple of days, however in the meantime the following statement has just been released by Welsh Government, the link is shown below.

Teachers are preparing packs of work, which will help pupils to access their learning whilst away from school. These packs will be available for pupils to take home tomorrow.
Education leaders from the local authority are currently involved in meetings and I am certain that further information will shortly be shared with headteachers. I understand that parents will have questions and I will aim to communicate updates as quickly as possible.
On behalf of school staff I would like to thank all of our parents for the support and good wishes, which you have sent to school over the past couple of weeks. The most important thing now is for all of our pupils, parents and staff to try to stay safe and well at such a worrying time.
Kind regards,
Mrs Lynne Harrison-Bowen
Headteacher
