What is a very busy day in school! Children in Need and Christmas clothes for PTA donations and National Takeover Day where the Year 6 pupils took over the school as Headteachers, Teachers and TAs.
The new 'staff' arrived early in school, dressed smartly, ready to set up their day. They had been preparing work during the week and having discussions with the class teachers to make sure everything was ready.
During the day, all of the Year 6 pupils have used incredible skills to organise the children, teach them and even mark their work during break times! Each group of teachers chose the Star of the Day and shared their experiences during assembly, which was prepared and lead by our two Headteachers for the day.
The Headteachers also helped the PTA, wrote 'Thank You' letters, prepared their assembly and checked the children were doing their work and behaving well for their 'new' teachers.
What a fantastic day!
