We will be holding a Book Fair in school for 3 nights in October:
Thursday 8th October, Friday 9th October and Monday 12th October.
This will be a great opportunity to shop early for Christmas and all sales create commission that the school can spend on new books for the children.
Please come along.

Teachers are now beginning to add to their Class pages. Class Newsletters, photos and Learning Log information are just some of the things added so far.
Keep checking back for new items and let the class teacher know if you have any ideas about what we can add.
Tuesday dawned a beautiful, sunny but slightly cool morning. After a reasonable night's sleep (most asleep by 10.20pm but awake again by 6am) the children were raring to go for a day full of activities. Breakfast time included making their own packed lunches and then a tidy up around the centre and the Dorms.
Then it was off out on activities.
During the day, groups went out to Llyn Geirionydd to canoe on the calm and reflective waters. Lots of splashing, racing, putting faces....and bottoms....in the water ensued before a huge splash around after. The children ended up with almost as much lake water inside their jackets and trousers as was in the lake!
There was some more gorge walking, sliding down waterfalls, squeezing through big rocks and jumping and falling backwards into deep rock pools.
The children were challenged to make their way around a series of rope courses, encouraging and helping each other to overcome some initial fears.
An evening walk followed tea time, with great views across to Snowdonia and has used up some remaining energy. I'm sure the children will sleep very well tonight.
Our last activity tomorrow morning will be Orienteering around the extensive centre grounds in small teams.
All of the children have been fantastic this week, rising to challenges, working together in teams, encouraging each other and organising themselves. It has been a great pleasure to bring them all to Nant BH this week.
Welcome to our first Nant report. A few photos can be found below.
We arrived safely at Nant BH at around 10.30am. The first challenge the children faced was making their beds! We didn't quite lose any children completely inside their duvet covers but it was close. We had a delicious lunch, jacket potatoes, ravioli and salad, followed by some fruit.
Afternoon activities were Gorge Walking for 2 groups and exploring the High Ropes Course for the 3rd group. The children worked together, supporting and encouraging each other and a great deal of fun was had by all.
A quick change out of kit, showers and then Pasta Bolognese followed by chocolate cake and custard for tea.
Evening activities are about to start with a picture trail competition, running around the centre grounds finding places in pictures, hopefully burning up any remaining energy. Then a good night's sleep!!!
A personal message from Harri to his Mum for her birthday on Tuesday...Happy Birthday....21 he says! There is a happy birthday picture below.
